First Pedicure

My friend Ashley called and asked if Alexis and I would like to join her for pedicures.  Since Darrell had given me a gift certificate, I was thrilled that she wanted to come!  Alexis was so cute.  It took her quite a while to get comfortable at the pedicure place.  She did not like the tub of water at the base of the pedicure chairs.  She did eventually let the sweet lady paint her nails. I am really impressed with the staff at Beverly Nails.  They were so kind and patient with her.   Ashley and I also enjoyed the relaxing experience and decided we'd have to do it again soon!

Adventure Time

After looking at the maps in his Bible, Max decided he wanted to go on an adventure.  He packed some things in his backpack, put on his field day tag, and his John Deere hat.  He decided he needed to go to The Red Sea, Belgium, France and Australia.

To tell you the toof

My sweet boy has lost his first tooth!  Max told me his tooth was wiggly.  Within hours, he had pulled it out all on his own.  At first, he thought it was so cool.  Suddenly, he got upset.  He realized it was a bit uncomfortable.  Then when it came out, he had a hard time eating.  He bounced back quickly, though, and was pleased to show off his new smile!

 3.  It is never too soon to learn to mow the grass.

 4.  It is never too late to celebrate your birthday with good friends!

 5.  Winter time is finally OUT, and the water table and pool are IN.

3rd kids do 1st booboos right!

Watching little pudgy wobbly toddlers wander around outdoors can be a terrifying experience.  Inevitably, it will always end the same way.  With a booboo.  Being a third baby, Riley seems to know that he is going to have to do things a little differently.  Rather than a little skinned knee, my little Squiggle went straight for the forehead!

Puggles and Sparks

Max blew my mind this year in Sparks!  He memorized all the Bible verses from his book, and the review book.  I am so proud of how much he has learned.  Alexis had a blast with Sucy in "Puzzles"  I can't believe they will be in Cubbies next year!  It was next to impossible to get good pictures of them, but I did the best I could!

In John Deere Green...

Well, it is no secret that Max LOVES his daddy, as well as anything and everything to do with his daddy.  Needless to say, when Darrell got a John Deere lawn tractor, Max fell in love.  Pretty cute if I do say so myself!
