I want to ride my bicycle...

We pooled the kids' birthday money and got them each bicycles!  Well, Alexis actually got a big

wheel like bike that she calls a car.  They are big hits!

Batter UP! Max is 5!

I started this blog when Max was a baby.  I can hardly believe he is now 5!!  He is such a sweet boy.  He loves to use toys and other things to create vacuums, or other electronic items.  He is a very wonderful big brother. You can count on him to get a paci for Riley, or a bebe for his sister.  He wanted a baseball party this year, and I think we got it right!  He and the other kids had a ball (haha) playing tball in the back yard!  Alexis slept through most of the party, but when she did get up, she discovered the huge container of cheese balls Grammy brought.  She and her cousin took turns devouring them!

Easter Sunday

The day after Alexis's party was Easter Sunday, and Alexis's actual birthday!  The kids enjoyed finding their Easter baskets!  We also enjoyed a lovely Easter service at Christ Baptist Church, then had a fantastic Easter dinner with all the grandparents.  Darrell did not disappoint!  He grilled bacon wrapped filets and made twice baked potatoes!  Mmm mmm mmm!!  Because he is starting Tball in May, the Easter bunny gave Max his very own glove.  He really seems to like it!  Alexis got a special cup with Hello Kitty on it.  As Alexis says "bwow bwow"  (instead of meow!)

Another year flutters by...

My sweet daughter is 2.  I just can't believe how fast time flies!  She had a lovely butterfly-bubbly birthday!
