Preschool Graduation Day

Max finished preschool today.  I am so proud of him! He has grown up so much this year.  I hope he is ready for kindergarten.  We both talked about it yesterday, and we both admitted to being nervous!  The children were cute in their white caps and gowns.  Of course Max did not sing along with his friends.  He insists that he does not sing other people's songs.  It seemed his gown was bothering him - He held it up throughout the entire program!  Thank you to Miss Ellen, Miss Mary, and Miss Audrey.  We'll miss you!

Cubbies is over...

Thank you to my brother and sister in law for getting Max through 2 years of Cubbies.  I wasn't able to get a good pic of my Cubby getting his award, but I am so proud of him for learning all his Bible verses!

T-Ball is hilarious! Go Knights!

We signed Max up for T-Ball this year.  He is on the Knights! Go #6!  So far we have really enjoyed it.  The kids don't know how to play, and it shows!  The 3rd baseman has a tendency to run home with the batter.  They wear batting helmets so they don't hit themselves in the head.  Only about 1/3 of the team is paying attention at a time.  My kid is the one twirling around with his glove on his head and playing in the dirt.  We are so glad we did this.  He has had 2 games so far, but I can all ready tell they are improving.  Did I mention they are cute?

Playtime with Riley

My big kids LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE their brother so much!  Here's Max helping Riley with playtime.

Muffins with Mom and Kindergarten Orientation

I am out of order which for anyone who knows me knows it is bothering me.  May 8th was a busy day for Max and Mommy!  We had muffins with mom.  Yes - I did cry a little.  And Kindergarten Orientation,  Yes, I did cry again.  It was hard to go from one to the other in one day!  Max made a hand towel with his handprint on it for me - so sweet!!  We had muffins and hot tea.  The children sang to us (all but Max who is adamant he does not sing other people's songs).  After preschool, we went to his new kindergarten.  We met his principal and teacher.  I was impressed with both of them.  We also toured the school and ate lunch in the cafeteria.  Max liked his school, but seemed overwhelmed.  He said he thinks it is too big.  I told him that he wouldn't have to go to all those places everyday, and that seemed to help.

Bumbo-Man and a 3 month old

I knew when he was in the womb Riley would be strong.  And boy is he ever! We tried out the bumbo for the first time May 12th.  He is now 3 months old and very active and happy.  He loves to smile. He is also my best little eater.  He will even take a bottle if needed!! Max and Alexis still love him to pieces.

a 2 year old now paci free and our 3rd is 2 months old! April 14

WOW does time fly?!  Riley turned 2 mos old right about the time of Max's birthday party.  Our little girl  has been growing up, too!  She is officially paci free!  I told her the paci was all gone, and that was that! We are so proud of her.  Here's a pic of Riley at 2 months
