Red Velvet Pancakes
During the aforementioned "Snowmageddon," Darrell got to sleep in a bit, so we had time for family breakfast. Since Riley's first birthday and Valentine's day would be the next day, we made red velvet pancakes as a little celebration. They weren't everyone's favorite, but they were fun.
